By placing an order with Calligraphy by Bianca LLC through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade & Personalized Products

Products offered by Calligraphy by Bianca LLC are individually handwritten and made to order. Because each item is created by hand, natural variations in lettering, spacing, ink, and other details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Personalization & Order Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, personalization details, quantities, shipping information, and other information submitted with an order for accuracy.

Please review your information carefully before placing your order. Changes requested after an order has been placed may not be possible once production has begun.

Processing & Shipping

Processing time refers to the time required to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping time.

Current processing estimates are provided on the applicable product page. Shipping times depend on the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Calligraphy by Bianca LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Rush Orders

Rush service may be available depending on the size of the order, materials required, current production schedule, and requested delivery date.

Please contact Calligraphy by Bianca LLC before purchasing to inquire about rush availability. Rush orders are not accepted unless availability has been confirmed.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each item is personalized and made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
